Beauty for Real is a collection of high-performing,
pure ingredient cosmetic and skincare essentials developed
by celebrity make-up artist, Leslie Munsell.
Through research and insight, we developed the positioning for BFR: the brand that celebrates the unique beauty each woman has within her; enhancing inner beauty rather than covering it up. We created all of the product packaging with an eye to the brand's honest, clean look. We developed a new Ecommerce website which created a sense of BFR community.
Peer ratings and reviews on the product pages were key.
For the campaign launch, we used digital marketing, SEO and SEM to target consumers, and launched an aggressive PR program that landed the brand on CBS’s hit show The TALK and in top fashion content. The brand’s DTC business took off and
yielded unprecedented sales for the company and had a halo effect on the professional makeup artist program.
